The proposed Equestrian Center will offer space for multiple activities within its multi-acre complex.
A trail system will take the rider through natural areas, pasture, as well as connect to the primary activity centers of the park.
Buildings to be included in this area are: an indoor areana with seating, two additional covered arenas, a hay and feed barn,
gathering area, 200 stall barn, implement barn, and groundskeepers residence. Space is also available for temporary stalls for
large events.
Adjacent to this center will be the Texas Ranching Heritage Center, a development to showcase state and regional ranching history.
This center will include: a working barn, indoor classrooms and meeting rooms, outdoor areas for gathering and instruction.
Pastures will be fenced and offer both water and shade.
This center is adjacent to the 800 acre Phase II expansion parcel and could expand when land becomes available.
