The proposed Museum District is a 32 acre, formally arranged, complex consisting of a cluster of structures that vary in size
from 5,000 to 20,000 square feet. Patrons can stroll down shaded walkways surrounded by ornamental landscaping interspersed with
water features.
Structures will cast shadows that vary throughout the day, and in addition to plantings, resulting in a comfortable environment
where visitors can enjoy being outdoors.
Individual museum areas are flexible enough to allow for both indoor and exterior exhibition spaces. Museum designs could
incorporate a variety additional spaces to serve guests.
Parking is provided for 250 cars based on building design standards of 1 space per 300 square feet of building.
