Guests to the park will arrive at a grand entrance. Beyond the fee station guests will be able to park at the visitors center
surrounded by water features, sculpture of indigenous wildlife, and extensive landscaping.
After parking, guests walking at the water's edge will be able to observe the sculpture and active water as they travel to the
primary welcome building.
This structure can accommodate, but is not limited to, park offices, visitor information center, restrooms, gift shop, meeting
rooms, storage, and first aid.
